Choose an international route for your needs
Start with how you'll connect, then check the region, billing, and devices. The subscription file organizes routes; the user panel provides and manages them.
View PlansRoute types and evening peak-time tips
Video calls, web browsing, and file transfers have different connection needs. VPNFile routes include IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct connections; after importing your subscription, browse by region and type. If performance dips during evening peak hours, keep your target region and compare route types, then check your local network and client settings. Dedicated lines are suited to scenarios where the cross-border link is a priority; relays connect through a forwarding path, while direct connections depend more on network conditions between you and the destination. Your experience also depends on your carrier, time of day, and destination website. A route label is not a speed guarantee.
Routes are grouped by path type. Choose based on your needs, then compare actual connection performance.
Try another route in the same region → check your local network → review app routing.
Quantum encryption and subscription management
VPNFile provides quantum encryption. Manage connection settings and subscription details in your client and user panel. To get started, retrieve your subscription file from the panel and follow the guide to import it. Your subscription link grants access to your account, so don't post it in public discussions or leave it visible in support screenshots. Encrypted connections are just one part of using the internet; also check destination URLs, account permissions, and device status. If you see a certificate warning or an unfamiliar sign-in page, stop entering sensitive information, verify the site's origin, and then decide whether to change routes.
Connection settings shown for illustration; check your client for the actual connection status.
Get it from the panel and store it securely. Hide the subscription link in screenshots before sharing them.
Use one subscription across multiple devices
Connect an unlimited number of devices at once. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Import the subscription on your work computer and personal devices separately, so you don't have to search for regional routes every time you switch devices. Note that unlimited devices and data allowance are separate: when using multiple devices, keep an eye on your remaining data and billing method. For your first setup, verify the connection on a frequently used device, then configure other platforms. Client interfaces may vary, but the steps stay the same: get the subscription, import the configuration, choose a route, and check the connection.
Device count doesn't change your data allowance. Check usage in the panel.

AI tool access and app routing
If ChatGPT won't load, first distinguish between a page connection error, a failed sign-in, and a region notice. Don't assume every error is a route issue. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini each have their own region and account rules; changing your exit location won't change account eligibility. Choose a region supported by the service, keep your usage environment consistent, then check your browser session and client routing. If regular websites work but one tool doesn't, see the AI access guide for troubleshooting. VPNFile lets you choose a network connection; it doesn't promise to change a platform's review outcome or your account status.
Check which regions the platform supports, then review your connection path.
Make sure traffic from the target app goes through your selected route; don't test only in a browser.
Streaming regions and playback checks
Services such as Netflix and Disney+ consider your exit region, account region, and content licensing when deciding what's available to stream. Selecting a route in a particular country doesn't mean you'll see all content from that region. Before playback, check the platform's regional rules and confirm the selected route is enabled in your client. If video plays but keeps buffering, also check your local connection, traffic from other devices, and playback settings. To switch routes, stop playback first, then reopen the app and test again. Catalogs and availability depend on what the platform shows at the time; examples on this page aren't a promise of access.
Check each platform's regional rules; content licensing can change.
Check your connection, account, and content licensing separately.
Refund policy and billing checks
VPNFile offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Before choosing a plan, review its data allowance, reset schedule, and data bundle rules, then consider how often you'll use it. A monthly plan suits regular use, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Data bundles suit irregular usage: they last until used and never expire. For billing questions or refund requests, open a ticket in the user panel and include the relevant order and request. See the terms of service for the full policy. If you're having connection issues, you can also note what happened using the troubleshooting guide to help support understand the situation.
Submit your request through the user panel. See the terms of service for details.
Compare monthly plans and data bundles based on your needs, and keep their reset rules in mind.
Global routes and how to choose
VPNFile covers 90+ countries and 240+ routes. The table below illustrates how regions are organized in the subscription file; it doesn't show live status or imply platform availability based on country names. Sign in and update your subscription to see the routes currently available to you.
| Country/Region | City | Route type | Streaming compatibility checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Singapore | IEPL dedicated line | Check the platform's regional rules |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL dedicated line | Check the platform's regional rules |
| Japan | Tokyo | Relay | Check the platform's regional rules |
| United States | Los Angeles | Relay | Check the platform's regional rules |
| Netherlands | Amsterdam | Direct | Check the platform's regional rules |
| Switzerland | Zurich | Direct | Check the platform's regional rules |
Choose the target region first, then the route type
For services with regional requirements, first check which regions the platform allows. For everyday browsing or collaboration, start with a region that suits your current network. A shorter geographic distance doesn't always mean a smoother connection; carrier routing and the destination server's location also matter. Keeping a suitable route you use regularly makes it easier to diagnose issues than repeatedly switching regions after an error.
Update your subscription before checking routes
The subscription file syncs route settings, but an old client configuration may not reflect the latest information in the panel. If the list looks different than expected, first make sure you imported your own subscription, then update it. If the issue persists, note your client platform, the error message, and selected region, then work through the troubleshooting guide. There's no need to repeatedly delete all your configurations.
Route reference
These components help you browse regional routes. They aren't local speed test results or a guarantee of service availability. After choosing a route, rely on its performance in your own client.
If a website loads but an app still returns an error, check app routing and the platform's regional rules.View troubleshooting guide →
Popular regions: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, United States, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Import your subscription for your platform
Get client downloads through the user panel. Sign in to the panel to retrieve your subscription. Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux users can access the client after signing in; the panel provides the access requirements and entry point for iOS. Marketing pages don't offer direct installer links or display real subscription addresses.
From the user panel to your client
Open the panel and check your account and plan
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. In the panel, review your plan and data details, confirm the billing method you selected, then retrieve your subscription. The username field on the homepage is only for the input demo; it doesn't save your entry or replace the account process in the panel.
Get a client and import your subscription
Choose the client for your operating system, follow the panel's instructions to download and install it, then use the subscription import option provided in the panel. If your system asks for permission to configure the network, verify the app's source and follow the guide. Don't paste your subscription address into unfamiliar websites or use someone else's configuration instead of your own subscription.
Choose a region and test the app you need
After importing, update the route list, choose a region suited to your target service, and connect. First check that regular websites load, then open the app you actually want to use. If your browser works but the app doesn't, check routing, app proxy support, or the target platform's rules before assuming there's a problem with your plan.
Choose a plan based on your usage
Compare monthly plans for regular use and data bundles for occasional use. Estimate how much you'll browse, join meetings, stream videos, and transfer files before choosing a data tier. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data; include usage across all your devices in your data plan.
Monthly Plan · 60GB
Data resets monthly on your activation date¥9.9/month
A good fit for browsing, research, and text-based collaboration. If you stream video or transfer large files often, check your usage history in the panel to see whether you need more data.
- 60GB per month
- Unlimited devices connected at once
- 60-day no-questions-asked refunds
Monthly Plan · 250GB
Data resets monthly on your activation date¥18/month
A good fit for everyday work and a mix of AI tools and streaming. Actual data use depends on what you access, so account for total usage across your devices when choosing a plan.
- 250GB per month
- Unlimited devices connected at once
- 60-day no-questions-asked refunds
Monthly Plan · 500GB
Data resets monthly on your activation date¥28/month
A good fit if video, file transfers, and multiple devices make up a larger share of your usage. The higher data allowance accommodates more usage; it isn't a different speed promise or a guarantee of access to any platform.
- 500GB per month
- Unlimited devices connected at once
- 60-day no-questions-asked refunds
Usage varies? Compare data bundles
Data bundles last until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. The main difference from monthly plans is how you use the data, not which devices are supported. If you only need occasional research or access for a limited period, compare data bundles. For ongoing monthly use, compare the available monthly allowances.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. To change tiers, review the order details shown in the panel before confirming. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Before paying, check the plan name, price, and billing method. Full details are listed on the plans page.
View all plans →Common questions before you start
Check your account, subscription, connection, and billing separately to find the right next step. Here are common questions when getting started.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Complete the account process in the user panel and keep your sign-in details safe. The username field on the homepage is only for the input demo; it won't save or send your entry. Once your account is set up, use the panel to check your plan and get the client and subscription. Don't post account details or subscription links publicly.
How many devices can connect at once?
There’s no limit on simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Set up the client on each device separately. Device limits and plan data are separate; keep an eye on your remaining data when using multiple devices. If one device has connection issues, check its permissions and routing settings on their own.
How does data work differently for monthly plans and data bundles?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data bundles last until used and never expire. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Don't use calendar-month boundaries to estimate your reset date. Check your account status in the user panel, or compare all prices and data allowances on the plans page before choosing.
I imported my subscription, so why won't a website load?
Importing a subscription only gives you the configuration; you still need to enable the connection and choose a route. First check whether regular websites load, then check whether the target app uses the proxy, whether the platform supports your selected region, and whether your browser session is working. If you see a sign-in refusal or region notice, check the platform's account rules too; repeatedly switching routes won't necessarily fix it. See the troubleshooting guide for the full diagnostic order.
What payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported, and VPNFile offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Manage payments and orders in the user panel. To request a refund, open a ticket with the relevant order details and your request; see the terms of service for the full policy. If you're also reporting a connection issue, include your device platform, client error, and what you were doing. Hide your password and subscription link.
